Guest access You have full and total access to our home during your stay. Feel free to stream any of your subscriptions on our Smart TV, make a home-cooked meal for your family in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car and head out to explore East Sacramento. Other things to note Please note: This home is in a friendly, family-oriented neighborhood. During daytime hours, you may occasionally hear children playing or music from nearby homes. Quiet hours are always respected, and the community values mutual consideration among neighbors. Please note that some items will be seasonally available due to weather constraints (e.g., deck furniture, grills, etc.). While we try to keep all amenities available as much as possible, we may not be able to continue to offer all outdoor amenities during the winter months. Also note: on weekdays (Monday through Friday) from 8AM to 6PM, street parking is restricted unless you have a permit, with a limit of two hours. However, you have access to parking in the driveway during your stay. If needed, we do have one hard copy of a parking pass available, but an additional deposit would be required for its use. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or require further assistance regarding parking arrangements. If you would like to host any sort of gathering at our home, please discuss this prior to your arrival, and we will try to accommodate your request. Our concierge may be available to help with event coordination as well. Please treat the home with respect, as there is a deposit and background check on all bookings. Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 will be required to answer additional questions. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation, assuming there is no damage to the property or violations. Please note that profiles with a review rating of 4.8 stars or less will not be allowed to book our property on an instant booking basis, and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
