This fully renovated townhouse will allow you to have a pleasant stay for families or groups of friends. The space On the ground floor you enter the living room with an equipped kitchen. A sitting area with TV will allow you to have a good time. Upstairs: a bathroom with shower and toilet and two bedrooms, one equipped with a 160 cm double bed and the other with two 80 cm single beds convertible into a 160 cm double bed. So two bedrooms for a couple or one bedroom for a couple and the other for two children (to be specified when you book). Both bedrooms are equipped with a walk-in closet. Guest access The entire property is accessible except the attic Other things to note This place isn't pet-friendly. Note that the staircase leading up to the floor is quite steep and not accessible to PRMs. On Sunday mornings you can enjoy the atmosphere of the friendly Charny market just steps from the house. For any reservation of three nights minimum, a bottle of Crémant or local wine will be offered. Whatever the length of the reservation, a bottle of water per guest in your rooms, apple juice in the fridge, tea/infusions/coffee, and madeleines are provided free of charge. In the bathroom, an extra towel is available as well as a shampoo kit, shower gel per guest.
