This fully renovated townhouse will allow you to have a pleasant stay for families or groups of friends. The space On the ground floor you enter the living room with an equipped kitchen. A sitting area with TV will allow you to have a good time. Upstairs: a bathroom with shower and toilet and two bedrooms, one equipped with a 160 cm double bed and the other with two 80 cm single beds convertible into a 160 cm double bed. So two bedrooms for a couple or one bedroom for a couple and the other for two children (to be specified when you book). Both bedrooms are equipped with a walk-in closet. Guest access The entire property is accessible except the attic Other things to note This place does not allow pets. Note that the staircase to access the floor is quite steep and not accessible to people with reduced mobility. On Sunday mornings, you can enjoy the atmosphere of the friendly Charny market just a short walk from the house. For any reservation of three nights minimum, a bottle of sparkling wine or local wine will be offered. No matter how long the booking is, a bottle of water per guest in your rooms, cans of soft drinks in the fridge, tea/herbal teas/coffee and madeleines are graciously provided. In the bathroom, an extra towel is available as well as a shampoo kit, shower gel per guest.
