There is a slight lip walking into the property. To assist you in visualizing the layout, here is a brief description of the property: -The Backyard & Patio is large and fully fenced in with tons of room for games and fun. Perfect for kids. A outdoor dining table seats 6. -The Living room is oversized with room to seat 6 people & features a smart TV set up for streaming services. -The Master suite has a King bed & is located in the back of the home with an attached full bath. All bedding is breathable with lightweight sheets & blankets. -The 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed. -The 3rd bedroom offers a bunk bed with twin over full. -The living room offers a Sleeper Sofa to sleep 2. -The 2nd full bathroom is located close to bedrooms 2 & 3 and has a walk-in tub/shower. -We have a 4th bedroom that is locked away & not accessible to guests. This is a 3bd, 2 bath home. We have a 4th bedroom that is locked away & not accessible to guests. Our Community Center is Walter Fuller Pool, located at 7883 26th Ave N. St. Petersburg, FL 33710. It is 1.7 miles away or 5 minutes by Uber. It offers a pool with swim lanes, shaded picnic area, flume slide, wading pool, diving bords and ADA accessibility.
