Guest access 🔑 Guest Access Your reservation includes exclusive access to both the Ranch and the Guesthouse, along with the outdoor gathering areas, firepit, porches, parking, and beautiful open spaces surrounding the homes. You'll have the property all to yourselves—no shared indoor living spaces. Self check-in is quick and easy with a secure digital keypad. Before your arrival, you'll receive a personalized entry code and detailed check-in instructions, allowing your group to arrive whenever it's convenient—whether that's mid-afternoon or late in the evening. From the moment you enter the front gate, you'll enjoy the privacy, space, and peaceful atmosphere that make Majestic Meadows a favorite for families, wedding guests, and WEC travelers. Other things to note 📍 Good to Know Before You Arrive ✓ Quiet Hours To help everyone enjoy the peaceful ranch setting, quiet hours are from 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighboring properties and the tranquil atmosphere that makes Majestic Meadows so special. ✓ Dogs Welcome Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. The property is surrounded by four-board fencing, but because cattle may occasionally be grazing in the pastures, we ask that all dogs remain leashed outdoors for everyone's safety. ✓ Glamping Want to make your stay even more memorable? With advance approval, you're welcome to set up tents on the property for $50 per tent. It's a fun option for kids, family gatherings, or guests who want to enjoy a night beneath the stars. ✓ Additional Guests With prior approval, we can accommodate up to four additional guests at $30 per person, per night. Guests should bring their own air mattresses and bedding. ✓ Grocery Delivery & Nearby Shopping Same-day grocery delivery is available from Walmart in nearby Dunnellon.
