Cozy apartment located in the new town district in Lorient, in a small 4-unit building. Very quiet neighborhood while being at the heart of the city. 5 min walk from the city center and the marina (600m). 15 min drive to the beaches. Possibility of free street parking and without time limit. Close to bakeries and small shops (300m) The apartment is approx 45 m2. It has a large living room/kitchen, a bright and spacious bedroom and a bathroom. The space Fully equipped accommodation. In the kitchen: Basic products are provided, as well as tea towels and dish soap. Oven, 4-burner stove, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, plunger coffee maker. In the living room: Wifi code available. No TV (very small format available that only works with the Chromecast box, a few channels work but the quality is not great) In the bedroom: A double bed Bedding available: sheets, pillows & duvet. Electric shutter. If 3rd guest, 1 single bed on the floor, also equipped with bedding. In the bathroom: Toilet, shower, washing machine. Bath mat & hand towel. If needed, I can provide towels (free of charge). Let me know! I also leave an iron and ironing board available.
