Previous guests describe it as unique and a little bit of heaven. We are dog friendly, the Laundry is on ground level. There are over 2 acres of woodland that lead to the River Waveney.If you love nature this is the place to be. Beautiful birdsong, Otters, swans, Owls, Deer to name a few. Fishing available in season. Set on the Norfolk Suffolk border, ideal to explore both counties, easy access to the beautiful suffolk Coast and villages. Warm friendly village pub just 200 yards. The space The old laundry is on ground level. We welcome Dogs. There is a large patio area with Gazebo and sitting area. The bedroom has Twin beds, there is an en-suite with bath, walk in shower. The cosy Lounge dining room has a smart TV. DVD Player, Puzzles, books. Local information. The fitted Kitchen contains, Electric cooker, Microwave, Fridge freezer, Dishwasher. There are over 2 acres of woodland leading down to the river Waveney to explore and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Laundry room with washing machine. Guest access There is a large enclosed patio area outside the laundry . Plus all areas of the garden , woodland and river bank are There for guest's to enjoy. Other things to note We only ask, that you never leave your furry friends unattended in the cottage.
