Townhouse with pool

This peaceful and spacious accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or friends. This is the house of happiness! The 130 m2 house is very nice and located close to downtown L'Isle-Jourdain (10-minute walk), and you have a very large market on Saturday morning. The garden offers a beautiful wooden terrace, a barbecue, a plancha, a beautiful cherry tree to enjoy the shade in summer and a swimming pool to cool off. All you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy! The space The house is our main residence and therefore includes our everyday belongings with: Ground floor - a corridor leading to the garden - a large living/dining room - a fully equipped kitchen - a toilet - small bathroom with bathtub Upstairs - a corridor with reversible air conditioning - one master bedroom with double bed - a children's room with a single bed and double mattress on the floor - a guest room with convertible sofa - a bathroom with double shower and double sink - a toilet Outside - a nice wooden terrace - a Weber barbecue - a plancha - a private swimming pool (2.5 m x 5 m with 1.50 m depth) with wooden terrace, four deckchairs and two Chilean chairs It is a townhouse with no private parking. There is, however, free street parking. Guest access The house is fully accessible to guests although some drawers and storage are marked private. However, we made sure that you could put your belongings there.
