Yes! What a wonderful UBATUBA!

Welcome to our lovely apartment at Ubatuba. We would love to have you at our place and we really hope that you enjoy and explore all the things Ubatuba has to offer, all the while having a nice and cosy place to return and recharge your energies. You will be in the heart of the city, so you will have easy walking access to supermarket and grocery stores as well as to different shops, good restaurants and bars. The space The space consists of 3 bedrooms (1 en suite) and 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, so you may prepare food at the place, and a laundry room. The living and dining room is the perfect place to relax after a nice day out at the beach and you can also enjoy read a book at the balcony's hammock. There is also a free parking spot in the building and you can also park your car on the street. Guest access Welcome to Ubatuba ! We hope you enjoy our apartment, respecting as your own home. Important: 1. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. Consider that there is a stair to access the apartment floor. 2. We do not provide bed linen and bath towels. If you need these items, please let us know when booking. Bed linen and towels can be provided at an extra cost. 3. We do not provide bicycles for guests. There are some places where you can rent, but you should ask at the local businesses about the availability of this type of service. In high season it is easier to find places that provide this type of service. 4. We do not provide beach chairs and sun umbrellas. Most bars on the Ubatuba's beaches have chairs and sun umbrellas (they are free as long as there is consumption). Other things to note The apartment is our second home and we hope that you feel at home too. While we are happy to share our space with you, we also appreciate that you care for it during your stay as a place of your own. This means keeping and leaving the place tidy and respecting our neighbours. Upon request, we can also provide access to our private beach chairs, bikes and even an ol' surfboard. Late check-in (after 20:00 pm) are subjected to an additional fee.
