The space Whether you are visiting the Phoenix area for a vacation with your family or here on an extended business trip, this spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home will be sure to surpass all your expectations. Recently renovated, this open floor plan features two spacious living room areas with dining views open to the beautiful backyard and pool and the main living room overlooking our georgous neighborhood. There is a washer and dryer in the home to ensure you are comfortable during your stay. Not only can we guarantee an excellent stay you will be surrounded by amazing neighborhoods and beautiful homes. Beware, many renovated homes on Airbnb in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe or Mesa are in areas not so desirable to guests. This is a beautiful, extremely safe and very quiet neighborhood. The room configuration is as follows: All of our mattresses and pillows are brand new memory foam materials. Master Bedroom - Queen bed with full en-suite master bathroom and walk in closet Bedroom 2 - two twin beds Bedroom 3 - Queen bed and twin bed Living Room - Rollaway Twin bed All bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the main floor. ( no stairs). The upstairs is a loft game room and a bathroom. NEIGHBORHOOD: As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and community by adhering to our house rules, keeping all outside noise to a minimum. We will not tolerate any excessive noise or partying and have the right to vacate you from the property should this be an issue. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. Pool The pool is heated in the winter to a minimum of 84-86 degrees free of charge. During very cold days when the temperature is below 40 degrees ( very rare in Arizona ) the pool may not achieve reach desired 84-86 degrees. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard and pool. During your stay, the home is all yours. Our check-in process is easy and keyless. Make yourself at home! The only space not available for guest usage is the garage. Unfortunately the homeowner has an allergy and we cannot accommodate pets of any kind. Violation of this house rule will result in a non-refundable $500 fine. This is a smoke-free property.
