This clean and cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is conveniently located in Downtown West End Vancouver. With walking distance to everything you need Super Market, Restaurants, Liquor Store, Clubs, Salons, Spas, Davie Village, the Granville St Entertainment District, English Bay, and Stanley Park life cannot be more convenient and enjoyable. It features a air bed that can be used in the living room and easily accommodate two more guests. A fully equipped kitchen, an iron and ironing board, heating & air conditioning, bathroom with toiletries and towels. Make your own meals in our fully equipped kitchen that has a fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave oven, utensils, pots and pans, plates, bowls, and glassware. The living room features WiFi, and a smart TV (Netflix, Tubi, Prime Video, YouTube etc). Please note that you must use your personal logins to stream downloaded apps. Enjoy Your Complimentary Luxury Toiletries And Snacks On Us ! There is free street parking in front of the building (2hr free parking) and a underground parking garage 1 minute drive away. This cozy space is designed to make guests feel right at home, accommodating a maximum of four guests. Accessing your apartment: * Guest will receive a unique code to enter the apartment through a keypad * There is also a fob for building access provided * Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM *Guests have access to the entire unit For hassle-free self-check-in accommodation, this apartment room is the perfect choice. It's important to read the house rules before booking and reach out if you have any queries. The pricing is based on 2 people sharing the apartment. The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment at any time is 4. 1 bedroom with a Queen Size Bed and a comfy Queen Size Air bed with full linens provided, and no extra nightly fees for extra guests. The apartment can accommodate a total of 4 people. Guest access Once booking is confirmed you will receive a full set of check-in instructions, including the address, unit number, and the unique access code for your keypad. The fob is used for building access only. You must not lose the Fob; a $200 fee will be charged if you do so. Other things to note Please fully read the house rules before booking. If you have any queries, please reach out! Wi-Fi for streaming channels is not intended for extensive video downloads or intensive gaming sessions. Please refrain from downloading anything illegal, as it could result in the loss of your service. House rules summary: There’s a quiet hour from 10 pm to 7 am, treating the apartment like a home, no parties, no unauthorized guests, no smoking, drugs, excessive noise, or excessive cleaning. Noise monitoring in the unit and security cameras are outside /in the building (no cameras are inside the apartments) Any damages and violations will be charged accordingly. Make sure to read the full information on the house rules of the listing. Having a confirmed reservation means that you have read and agreed to follow the set house rules. Pricing is based on 2 guests sharing. There is no fee for extra guests up to the max occupancy of the unit which is 4. 1. No large gatherings or parties allowed. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am for neighboring tenants and homes. You reservation may be cancelled without refund due to excessive noise. 2. No smoking allowed inside the house. This includes cigarettes, e-cigaretts, cigars, vaping and marijuana. Breaking this rule will result in a $500 fine plus the cost of professional cleaning. 3. Kitchen and bathroom essentials (coffee, spices, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) are to be kept at the house. If stolen or damaged, you will be charged for a replacement.
