Its practical location is sure to please you. Immerse yourself in a green and quiet setting, while still close to the Parisian excitement. The space The house consists of: - 1 independent studio with double bed, kitchenette and bathroom - 2 bedrooms with double bed - 1 bathroom - (Our owner's room with private bathroom) - A 40 m2 living room with open kitchen - All rooms have Seine views You can enjoy a garden, a terrace with garden furniture to have an aperitif and an electric barbecue Other things to note House location - On the banks of the Seine with a very pleasant walk - Between two renowned restaurants - 9 min walk to Montigny train station (Paris Center in 20 min, Saint Lazare train station), - 9 min walk to a supermarket We will also stay in the house throughout the period in a bedroom with its own bathroom. Possibility of a breakfast package and transfer to the airport or Olympic site subject to availability. Reminder: Parties are forbidden.
