Spacious flat near Hamburg

Spacious and quiet accommodation. The secluded, bright apartment with large, beautiful terrace + barbecue on the outskirts of the village offers high-quality furnishings and plenty of space for max. 4 people. Also suitable for a longer stay or workcation. Only 1 hour to the city centre of Hamburg, Lübeck or the Baltic Sea, 1.5 hours to the North Sea or DK. Excursions on foot or by bike are possible in the rural surroundings. In bad weather a fire in the stove warms you up. The space The flat is at ground level and is located in the basement of the house. However, the rooms on the basement side (kitchen and bathroom) also receive plenty of light due to a large light well. The living rooms and bedrooms at the rear are flooded with light because of to the wide window front. There is a sufficiently large car park on the property. Accessibility is limited, however, as there are a few steps from the car park to the front door. The bathroom does not offer enough space for a wheelchair user. Guest access Guests can use the entire flat on their own. It is locked. The entire terrace in front of the flat and the lawn in front of the flat are also for the exclusive use of guests. In summer, we occasionally have to enter this part of the garden to water and mow the lawn. However, we would then announce this and agree it with our guests in advance. Other things to note We ask our guests to leave the flat in the same good condition in which they found it. If something breaks or any other mishap occurs, we would be pleased to be informed in good time so that we can solve the problem during the stay or before the next guests arrive.
