Cozy lakeview cabin

Magical view of the Adirondacks, Mt. Philo, Shelburne Bay, Dunder Rock, Juniper Island, Waterfront Park, and the bike path from the deck, which is also a great people watching spot on pedestrianized Depot St. Nicely updated and open inside with a cabin feel, stove heater and all. We love it so much that we own two units in the building. Easy walking distance to downtown in one direction and to North Beach and nature trails the other way. Really special. The space Queen bed in one bedroom, full size futon in the other bedroom, and couch in living room good for sleeping. Updated kitchen with everything you need to cook, plus an island with three bar stools. Additional dining table tucked away in shelf by TV (which has Roku signed into all major streaming services). Deck has bar and chairs for eating and drinking outside. Keyless entry. Hosts live in building and can provide quick assistance, including loaning bikes, boats, or other recreational equipment. No particular instructions for leaving, hosts are happy to do laundry and clean unit.
