Private apartment, no shared spaces, parking for (2) vehicles is off-street directly behind the building/can park on street in front of building & enter through front entrance. Shower and tub. Smart TVs. Wi-Fi. Think of Kendallville as the hub of a wheel. Just a 30-minute drive or less gets you to Fort Wayne (S), Auburn(SE), Angola (NE), Ligonier (W), or LaGrange (NW). The space This unit is an upper apartment, self-contained, no shared spaces. Newly remodeled with hardwood floors throughout; eat-in kitchen; bathroom has shower and tub. Washer and dryer. Queen-size bed. Two twin beds. Air mattress. Guests have private entrance, keyless entry so any arrival time is OK. You will not need to share the apartment. Exterior is still being remodeled, but will not be an inconvenience to your stay. It is your private getaway, a great spot to relax after a day of sightseeing or lake activities or business. Safe downtown area with professional businesses, pubs, small restaurants, and antique stores. Two city parks including Bixler Lake are within walking distance. All the usual retail stores just one mile north along Hwy 6. YMCA just a couple blocks away. Parkview Noble Hospital, just a 5 minute drive. Parkview Dekalb Hospital, 25 minute drive. Parkview Regional Hospital, 30 minute drive. We are small dog friendly, but charge a small fee. Guest access Guests have private entrance off of shared hall. Parking area viewable from your windows. Inside stairs, so you must be able to navigate stairs. Other things to note Offer weekly cleanings, grocery shopping and laundry services. Please contact for pricing. In Kendallville everything is within a 10 minute drive. People are friendly and open--small town living at its best. Think of K'ville as the hub of a wheel. A drive--30 minutes or less--gets you to Auburn, Fort Wayne, Albion, LaGrange, Ligonier, or Angola. Check out Amish country and businesses, LAKES! Greenfield Mills-the oldest flour producing mill in Indiana, Black Pine Animal Sanctuary, Auburn-Cord-Duesenberg Museum, Auctions America. Within a block are both Midtown Pottery and an Art Studio showcasing local artists. Every community has town murals, area festivals, car shows, unique restaurants, and farmers markets. Shipshewana, an Amish tourist destination, is only 10 minutes west of LaGrange. Local craftsmen and women are eager to share their wares including one-of-a-kind furniture, quilts, and pottery. Getting around No taxi or bus service in Kendallville. Uber is available. Parking for your vehicle is on-site directly behind or in front of the building. You can view back parking area from your unit.
