Gîte at the gates of Morvan

Nature lodge facing south, private pool, on a vast lot with orchard , in a peaceful hamlet. Large house of 4 rooms , 1 bathroom, 1 bathroom, 2 toilet ,kitchen open to a large living room, terraces , outdoor games for children in a large space , ping pong table. Direct access to the woods for walks , breathtaking views of the valley and the Morvan Mountains. Enjoy with your family this idyllic place that offers good times in perspective. The space Very bright secluded house of 160m² on 2 floors and a part in the basement on a large garden , sleeps from 11 to 13 people. On the ground floor, an open kitchen of 20m², living room of 42m² with large glass windows overlooking a south facing terrace, another terrace in the back with access through the living room leading to the pool. On the ground floor a bedroom for 2 people, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. Upstairs, three bedrooms, one with 1 double bed, a more spacious family room with 1 2-person bed and 2 1-person beds, umbrella bed and baby high chair. On the same level, a large relaxation area, with on one side a 2-person bed and 1 single bed, separated by a curtain and on the other, sofa bed, for 2 additional beds if needed, TV, and equipped kitchenette. A bathroom with shower and toilet. In the basement, game room with ping pong table, lingerie. Private secure swimming pool of 9m x 4m surrounded by fence. Gantry for the little ones, swing and hammocks for the older ones etc... I ask you to truly respect the places and the neighborhood. It is therefore forbidden to make noise after 11 p.m. on the terrace or in the pool. Pets are allowed , two maximum . Sheets , towels (1 towel and 1 bath sheet/pers) and linens are provided and included in your rate. Guest access You have access to every room of the house , except the technical premises of the basement and the outbuildings. Other things to note Parties are prohibited unless planned and in agreement with me. I take care of the maintenance of the pool at least once a week or more as needed.
