Bedroom 3: Is down a short hallway consisting of a queen bed with plenty of natural light flowing through. Bedroom 4: Features a luxury posturepedic king bed, double mirror wardrobe and the option to add a comfortable king single bed. The main bathroom provides a fully enclosed shower, a toilet and an oversized spa bath, big enough for two. For your convenience you can wash or bath while listening to music through built in speakers. Other things to Note We do not accept bookings from groups under the age of 25 years. We also have a strict no vaping or smoking inside and no noisy party policy after 10pm as neighbouring tenants are working owners. Please note the city is undergoing new development, so it may get noisey during the day Mon-Fri between 8-4pm (only). Guest access You will have the use of the entire apartment, plus one basement carpark. An additional carpark space is negotiable. Other things to note Parking in the underground carpark is available for one vehicle only (1 extra carpark can be arranged by negotiation). Note there is a height restriction for vehicles entering the basement carpark. Car parking on the street during the weekend is free. There is a hourly charge for parking along the roadside & in front of kingsview apartments during the hours of 8-5pm.
