Double bed (160 x 200 cm) . 1 bedroom of 15 m2 (fan available) with large window (pool and garden view) and its dressing area (1 large closet with wardrobe). Double bed (160 x 200 cm) . 1 bathroom of 8 m2 shared for the last 2 bedrooms with double sink, large shower and toilet - 1 staircase leading to the 50 m2 roof terrace (secured by grilles) with its hut housing integrated benches and cushions (360° view of the pool, garden and surrounding nature) where you can admire the sunset - Garden with grass, palm trees and fruit trees, . 14 x 5 m swimming pool with shallow beach for children (stairs on both sides to enter the pool) small round pool 3 m in diameter. Large terrace around the pool with a large hut (thatched roof) for dining and lounging, 5 straw parasols and 4 deckchairs for lounging . Round hut (thatched roof) with rattan living room for relaxing, quiet reading or aperitif . Large 6 m diameter living space (air-conditioned), private bathroom (7.5 m2) with shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. Waxed concrete floor, bed (King size: 180 x 200 cm) and integrated night tables, wardrobe with hanging rails and shelves. Window overlooking the pool, garden and house. Small shaded terrace all around the hut and direct exit to the garden and pool.
