Guest suite in Grand Forks

A fully renovated basement suite. Our 600sq ft suite with a full kitchen, master bedroom, lounge and bathroom. The space From the garage, you head down a dozen stairs to the suite. Our suite includes a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen bed in the lounge area. The bathroom includes a shower and a large soaker tub. We are located on the west end of Grand Forks. A short walking distance to Tim Hortons, No Frills and McDonalds. Guest access Separate entrance through shared garage. You have access to our large spacious fenced yard. The washer and dryer are available just outside the suite door. If you have a pet, please ensure that they are either held or on leash while moving through indoor public areas. They are welcome to play in our back yard with supervision but please clean up any messes. Other things to note We do have 2 toddlers who are quiet 99% of the time in the evening/nights but during the day there are definitely toddler moments.
