You are aware and agree that upon booking this property that you may find leaf debris in the pool which is out of our control due to environmental reasons ie: the weather - we cannot control the weather! There is a pool scoop you are welcome to use during your stay to remove any leaf debris! Please note that you may be contacted during your stay for the pool servicing to take place so we can keep on top of regular pool maintenance. • The guests are aware and agree upon booking this property that the pool robot cleaner and pool equipment/systems are not to be touched. We hire a pool technician to service and keep all items in good working order for guests to be able to enjoy the pool. If any items are found at checkout to be tampered with, you may be liable for replacement costs. • This property has regular lawn mowing & gardening which is carried out by a professional contractor every four (4) weeks. Please note that you may be contacted during your stay for the lawn mowing/gardening servicing to take place so we can keep on top of this service. • This property has a noise monitoring device which management checks regularly at all hours.
