This cute house was built in 1960 and updated in 2023. Centrally located with a very large kitchen and dining area with all new appliances. Front room and family rooms have televisions, recliners and queen sofa sleepers. Two bedrooms with two twin beds and one queen bed. Bathroom was also updated in 2023. Plenty of free parking in driveway and in front of the house. We are still remodeling the master bedroom and bath so it is currently unavailable. The space Spacious house with a large kitchen and dining room. House has a TV in both living rooms with recliners and sofa sleepers. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has 2 twin size beds. The master bedroom has one queen bed and a private bathroom. The kitchen has all new counters and appliances. A coffee bar is available with coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. You may help yourself to the dried and/or canned foods in the pantry. Guest access Two living rooms, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom, front yard and immediate backyard. We are still working on the master bedroom, bath and basement so those doors are locked. The red garage is also locked. The yard in the very back by the grain silo is still being cleaned up. Other things to note There is a doorbell camera as well as an outdoor camera on the red garage and the grain silo in back. House has a water softener
