Located in the heart of Calheta, Madeira's largest municipality, close to the sea and mountains, "Florenças House" is great for a family vacation on Madeira's quiet west coast. The house is located next to the road and you can park your car inside our property in our private parking lot. 30 minutes from Funchal and 45 minutes from the airport. 10 minutes from Calheta Beach and 10 minutes from Rabaçal, this location offers you the best of the island, tranquility, the sea and the mountains. Take advantage of this opportunity and come enjoy the fresh air of the countryside and recharge your batteries in nature. Guest access They will have exclusive access to the entire house 😊 Other things to note In order to enrich the stay of our guests and add unforgettable experiences to their vacation, we suggest some Nature Sports/Extreme Sports, Restaurants and Rent-a-Car companies where they will have access to exclusive discounts. To ensure your safety and that of our employees, the house is subject to cleaning and disinfection with certified products before your check-in, both inside and outside the house. We have a housekeeping and/or mid-stay linen/towel change service available, subject to an extra charge. Outside the house, there is a security camera that only monitors the entrance gate and the parking lot of the house, in order to ensure the safety of both the property and our guests. TOURIST TAX The tourist tax has recently come into force in the municipality of Calheta, whose objective is to improve the quality of tourist services and the preservation and improvement of the tourist areas of our municipality. The fee is charged at the time of check-in and costs €2 per person per night (maximum 7 nights). Guests aged 12 and under and residents of Madeira Island are exempt from this fee.
