FOR PARKING: - Car porch is only able to park 2 cars. - Guest may park at the roadside beside the house without obstructing the traffic or block the entrance of neighbours. - Roughly can park 10 - 15 cars at roadside - Maximum of 50 people for a single house only (including the guest) - For bbq, we only provide bbq pit only. Please prepare own utensils and charcoals. Please be noted that there is only 1 security camera each at the front and back of the house. Other things to note - Kindly be noted that this is a landed house. - Please noted that Rm500 security deposit will be collect before arrival date, will return in 3 working days if follow house rules and nothing was damage. - Strictly no smoking in the unit (RM 200 will be fined if there is any cigarette butt found or smell) - This house is located at housing area so please keep the noise level low after 11 pm. - Host are holding the right if guests against house rules. - Please be noted that there is only 1 security camera each at the front and back of the house. - Please remove all the decors when check out, any left over will be charged additional RM 200 for cleaning. - Cleaning charges are applicable to cover the costs of the usual cleaning and sanitization. Soiling, vomiting, and damage to bedspreads will incur additional cleaning charges which shall be deducted from the deposit.
