Less than 2 hours from Paris, ideal for families, the accommodation is located in the heart of the municipality of Charny Orée de Puisaye, close to services, shops and reception venues (Old Mill, Château de la Gruerie, Château de Chevillon). Its renowned Sunday market will allow you to meet local producers. Close to tourist sites, whether in the Yonne (Guédelon, Saint-Fargeau, La Fabuloserie, etc.) or in the Loiret (Briare Canal Bridge, Gien, etc.). The space The accommodation has a bedroom on the ground floor with direct access to the shower room, all on one level. The kitchen with dining area, toilet, living room and dining room are also on one level. Access through the laundry room or through the hallway to the garden. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 people + 1 person (sofa bed + pull-out bed). Upstairs you will find a spacious bedroom with a bathroom and toilet next door. The 500 m² garden, beautifully flowered and fully enclosed, has a lawn and a terrace for lunch in the sun. Linens for each bed are provided as well as linens and towels. Regarding cleaning at the end of the stay, there is an extra charge of €80, to be paid at the end of your stay according to your choice. Guest access A lockbox allows you to arrive whenever you want. Desired check-in time: from 5 p.m. Desired check-out time: before 10 a.m. The entire property is accessible and usable by our guests, except for the garage and attic. Other things to note The accommodation is non-smoking. No pets allowed (ask me). Possibility, depending on the number of people, to rent the ground floor only or the entire gîte.
