On the first-floor large living room, dining/kitchen, 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning and attached bathroom/CR, 1 common CR, garden and indoor garage. On the second floor a parental suite with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom/CR, balcony (only if above 9 pax, subject to additional fee if 9 pax or less). Very large rooftop with barbecue and dining area. Indoor garage is good for 2 cars. 3 cars can be parked outside along the house frontage and others in the street if necessary. Equipment beyond standard, 65" and 55" 4K smart TV's with Netflix, large stove, oven, ref and fridge, microwave,..., pool table, bar furniture with ambient lights.
