Other things to note We prefer the guest to use our pick-up airport services for a smoother check-in process, as our driver knows our villa location well. *NOTE:* Special for booking more than 28 nights or more, we offer a big discount set on our pricing already, so if you book on this pricing and length of stay, the price shows will only include benefits as below: NO - Sublease allow Included : - Sterilized villa upon check-in - 3 times/week housekeeping cleaning - 3 times/week pool treatment - 1 time/week change linens and towel replace - Wifi internet connection Excluded: Personal consumption, amenities, and electricity billing (monthly rate) *Pets Policy, parking space, and child-friendly, special arrangement or more specific information, please check with our team before confirming the booking, or check the possibility. * For your convenience during your stay in our Villa, the following are general conditions that guests should pay attention to. 1. Standard check-in at 2 pm and maximum check-out at 12 noon. Check-in and check-out out of that timeline will be available depending on the Villa's availability, and additional fees may apply. Standard villa capacity is two people per room, where children under five years share the same bed with parents will not be charged extra. Please get in touch with your reservation team if special requests are outside the conditions. 3. Parties or crowd activities are strictly prohibited in our villa area or according to the rules that apply occasionally. 4. A Refundable Security Deposit of Rp. 2,000,000—Rp. 5,000,000 is required upon check-in (excluding rental rates), depending on the length of stay. If no damage is caused by guests or other guests invited to the villa, the deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out. 5. Bringing pets is not allowed, and if any indication is found, the villa manager or owner has the right to cancel the rental before the rental period ends without any compensation to the tenant. Additional maintenance fees will be charged if necessary. 6. Especially for a weekly or monthly rental, after the reservation is confirmed with payment, the booking is final and NON-Refundable (cannot be canceled). The Management or owner will not be responsible for any information or misunderstanding of data that arises or is submitted by the agency or marketing place to you. This will include location, photos, videos, surroundings, facilities, and services included and not included. 7. The Villa is only to be rented as a private residence for holiday rental purposes and cannot be subleased to other parties without the Management or owner's approval. If this indication is found, the manager or owner can cancel the lease before the rental period ends without compensating the tenant. By paying the rental price's payment deposit stated on the invoice, the tenant or the agency means agreeing with all the conditions mentioned above and applying to the Villa.
