This 3 bedroom Villa is only 3km away from Playa Conchal, 10 minutes away from Playa Grande and only a short drive to many other beaches, restaurants, stores and activities. Villa Allegria and its Guesthouse can comfortably accomodate 6 people (or 8 upon request). The space Our beautiful modern villa (Villa Allegria) has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 full bathrooms. Both bedrooms are connected to a balcony which can be served at a TV room with a couch, coffee table and comfortable chairs. On the first floor is an open concept kitchen and living room area surround by large glass doors. These doors can be fully open and give access to the pool area, outdoor dining space and BBQ area. Our Guesthouse (Studio Luz) is located right beside the Villa and has its own parking space, pool, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. This space is perfect for 2 people who want a little bit more privacy but still want to join the rest of the family and friends in the Villa. Guest access Guests have access to the entire Villa and guesthouse. The Villa has a washing machine and dryer, a parking spot with roof next to the villa and a parking spot for the studio. Owners also have a car that can be rented with the Villa. Request for the car can be done by message.
