Perfectly equipped to provide all the necessary comfort for 8 people, this charming home with swimming pool awaits you for vacations or weekends with family or friends. The space This secondary residence has been restored with care and passion by its owners who entrust it to you during your stays in order to make it live in their absence. On the ground floor you will have, - a large bright living space with its living room facing the wood stove and its dining area, - a perfectly equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine with bean grinder, fridge-freezer, electric oven, induction hobs, dishwasher) - a bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed, sink and storage - a bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed and storage - a bathroom with shower, double sink, hair dryer and separate toilet On the 1st floor (accessible by an old staircase that can be difficult to climb for people with limited mobility): - one bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200 (can be joined into a 180 x 200 bed) - one bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200 (can be joined into a 180 x 200 bed) - a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet Outside: - two terraces, one facing the countryside with garden furniture, a second in the inner courtyard sheltered from the sun by vegetation with a large rectangular table, charcoal barbecue - an unheated swimming pool available from May 15 to September 30 secured by two gates not accessible to children with deckchairs - ping pong table The TV does not broadcast French channels but you can cast from your phone or tablet. Internet is available via wifi and ADSL (a little bit slow) Bed linen and towels are not included, you can bring your own or rent a double bed kit: €25 including towels for 2 people, single bed kit: €20 including towels for 1 person, beds not made on arrival, to be ordered no later than one week before your arrival. Guest access Access to one of the rooms located on the first floor by a second unsecured staircase is not accessible to tenants. Other things to note Children (even babies) are included in the maximum sleeping capacity of 8 people.
