FREE Parking on site The space The home has keypad entry and each room has a keypad entry as well. There are 5 rooms total that can be rented. The set up is much like a hotel, with coffee bar and washer/dryer available for use. Guest access Guests will be able to have full access to the living and dining areas, as well as full use of the fully functioning kitchen. The utility room is complete with a front loading washer and dryer as well as a large utility sink and shelving unit, which houses the outdoor umbrella, chair cushions, and place mats for the outdoor table on the spacious deck. During your stay I am sometimes present to check or deliver supplies. I am quick to respond to messages. IF YOU EVER FORGET YOUR CODE OR LOCK YOURSELF OUT, PLEASE RING THE "RING DOORBELL"! We will be able to communicate with you through that and give you the code......Yes, it does happen :) Other things to note I don't live on site, but I am quick to respond to messages and take care of any needs that might arise. Please make sure you lock the door upon entering and hit the "LOCK" button on the keypad each time you leave. Only guests will be given the house code. Each guest will have their own private room code.
