Cozy cottage with a view

Enjoy the view of Gullmarsfjorden from the terrace. Nice and comfortable little cottage with everything you need on your vacation. 4 beds, a double bed and a bunk bed. Close to beach and golf. You have to bring your own sheets and towels, and you have to take out the garbage and clean up after yourself. Pet-free cabin - no pets. Smoking only outside. It is 30 minutes to walk to the nearest restaurant if you do not want to take a ferry to Lysekil or Fiskebäckskil. Games, TV and Wi-Fi. Games, etc., are available. The space Hello and welcome as a guest at Hålevägen 7, Fiskebäckskil. Directions: Take the E6 towards Uddevalla. At Torp shopping center, drive towards Lysekil. After about 10 minutes, take the exit for Fiskebäckskil. (If you get to the ferry over to Lysekil, you have gone too far.) Follow the road for 8.5 km. On the left side is "Ladan". 0.2 km after it, there is a road down to the right, just after some newly built houses on the ridge to the right - Hålevägen. The house is located at Hålevägen 7, a small yellow house on the left side, with a gray staircase up to the house. At the small yellow guest house there is a gravel parking space. If you have more than one car, there is a municipal parking lot, which you will find if you drive out on the main road again, take a right and the first right (towards the ferry). There you can park and walk through the woods back to the house (behind the gray garage). House: The key hangs in the key cabinet that hangs next to the door. There is an extra key in the bowl on the shoe cabinet on the right when you enter. The house has a kitchen, living room, bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine, as well as two bedrooms. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and other kitchen utensils. Just use whatever you need of spices, paper, candles and more. Feel free to buy new ones or leave something else, it will even out. The grill is outside. There is broadband, Wi-Fi and TV. To turn these on, see instructions in a separate binder. In one bedroom, there is a double bed (160 cm – remember to bring fitted sheets, there are two blankets, not a double blanket). In the second bedroom, there is a bunk bed 70 cm wide. There are duvets and pillows for a total of 4 people. Bring sheets and pillowcases, but if something is forgotten and you need to borrow, there are bed linens in the blue plastic boxes in the cabinet in the master bedroom. If so, send me a text message so I know what has been used. Put what you used in a plastic bag in the blue plastic boxes and I'll wash it later. We sort garbage. Food waste in brown food waste bags (located in the top corner cabinet), other garbage, newspapers, cardboard, plastic, glass and metal. There are two four-compartment barrels at the parking lot by the guest house. The different compartments are labeled. If you have seafood or other garbage that smells, make sure to drain as much liquid as possible and pack in two brown food waste bags. The house must be cleaned when you leave. Garbage must be taken out. Leave the house nice and clean in the same condition as when you arrived. The fan in the bathroom is turned on by pressing the button to the left of the door once, then the fan runs for 20 minutes before it is turned off. If you want to use the towel dryer, you turn it on – then you press the small button down to the right once – then it runs for 30 minutes before it is turned off. The light in the bathroom is turned on to the right of the door on the inside (a little hard to find). It is absolutely not allowed to bring pets, applies to all fur animals and birds, due to severe allergies. People visiting are also not allowed to bring animals into the house. Smoking only outdoors. Garden and patio: In the front of the house, there is a terrace. Beyond the flagpole is not our property, so it's nice if you go up and down the gray stairs to the house. We use the large lawn below the terrace together with those who live in the large house on the same property. To the beach, you go down the hill and then right a few hundred meters. If it is very hot and not raining, it is nice if you water the flowers in pots that are outside and inside. Store: In Torp, there are two large grocery stores and a liquor store. In Fiskebäckskil, there is also a shop with a great fresh food counter and a nice fish shop – feel free to support it. Drive out from Hålevägen, turn right, follow the road and you will see the store on the right-hand side. It is open from 9 am - 6 pm, until 3 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. May have longer opening hours in the summer. There is also a grocery store and pastry shop in Grundsund. At Torp and at Gullmarsstrand hotel in Fiskebäckskil, you can charge your electric car. Find: • Take the ferry to Lysekil. The kids usually like the Sea House. • Drive or walk into Fiskebäckskil, cozy pedestrian streets and restaurants. You can also take the ferry, but then you have to go via Lysekil on the way back. • Grundsund also has several nice restaurants. We like "Smultron och Tång" which is down by the harbor. Drive past Fiskebäckskil and you will come to Grundsund. Follow the road all the way down to the harbor. • Skaftö Golf Club is located on the road to Grundsund. There is also a pay and play course that is located where you turn off to Grundsund. • Nordens Ark is amazing • Vägeröds valleys are a nice hiking area. Drive left towards Uddevalla when you come up from Hålevägen. After a while, there is a sign to the right towards Vägeröds valleys. Parking at the end of the road. • Climb up Rödberget, which is located by the swimming area. Fantastic views of Gullmarsfjorden. Bring: Sheets, pillowcases, towels, kitchen towel, toilet paper, paper towels. Guest access The house is a little high with a staircase up. Can be challenging with small children. Take out all the carpets and shake them. Clean kitchens, toilets and other things. Remove fingerprints from windows and kitchen doors (note - fingerprints are easily left on the kitchen doors, these must be removed). Mop floors.
