Sri Lanka's Misty mountains of Dumbara is an UNESCO World Heritage Site. The breathtaking scenery of the luxurious range of mountains do indeed resemble the knuckles of a clenched fist. The five distinctive peaks of the knuckles range become visible in a haze of misty azure. This eco-residance is built by mainly using natural stones and reclaimed reused and recycled materials to create an elegant and sophisticated green residence. The space The 3rd and the 4th floor of the MMR provides a cozy living for 7 guests with separate living, dining and fully fitted kitchen.360° panoramic Knuckles Mountain view, bathroom with large Jacuzzi, electric sauna, cozy living rustic and exotic ancient chimney (fireplace), rustic dining area for 8 guests and spacy mountain view balcony with tea plantation and waterfalls also beautiful bird sight. The 1st and 2nd floors of the MMR provides family unit which consists of spacy family room for 8 guests with a beautifully stone built bathroom, 2nd floor provides a spacy dining and living area with fully fitted kitchen with a toilet. The back area of MMR provides 2 bedrooms with shared a outdoor bathroom. The outdoor swimming pool with 360° mountain view is available for all residents. Finally MMR provides guests with an ancient and traditional type of fine dining. Guest access The whole MMR residence is accessible for the guests. Other things to note We provide a personal cook on request. The guest has to bring their own provisions. There will be a service charge (tip) for the cooking and service. All meals will be provide (breakfast, lunch and dinner) on guest request. If provisions are not provided by the guests there will be an extra charge for the meals. Please inform us on your bookings.
