Garage and storage Electric car charger and gym The space Lade is 6 km from Trondheim city center. Walking distance to 2 large shopping malls as well as several grocery stores, restaurants and cafes. The popular Ladestien is only a few hundred meters away with good opportunities for walks and excursions. Along Ladestien there are several popular swimming areas as well as cafes. We have two cats that have their own cat door. The terrace has sun all day. Dogs are allowed, but must be kept in the garden room at night. Guest access 1st floor and 2nd floor with garage and storage room. Other things to note Good bus coverage to the city center (9 min) and shuttle bus to Granåsen/Ski World Cup. 17 minutes by car to Granåsen. Towels and bedsheets included. Feel free to borrow bicycles, skis and sub boards.
