There is a two car garage that is accessible but there is not a garage door opener available. There is a master bedroom on the first floor and 2 additional bedrooms upstairs. It is 2 1/2 bath with access to a washer and dryer that is located in the laundry room. Very large, unfenced yard. Has a back patio. The only area not accessible is over the porch on the 2nd level. It is for decoration only and guests are not allowed to access this area. Guest access There is a smart lock on the front door. We will give you an access code on the day you arrive when the home is ready for checkin. Other things to note There is a camera on the outside of the house but it is not activated and does not record. Trash is picked up every Friday. Please have trash by curb Thursday evening.
