The apartment is composed as follows: - A large, light-filled living room with sofa, flat-screen TV and dining table for up to six people. - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge, induction hob, microwave and conventional oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of kitchen utensils. - Bedroom 1: double room with King Size bed (180x200) or two single beds (on request) with dressing room - Bedroom 2: Double room with Queen Size bed (160x200) and dressing room - Bedroom 3: Single bed - Bathroom with bathtub - Bathroom with shower and toilet - Separate WC - Balcony with table and 2 chairs Other things to note - Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure. - An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure. - In order to comply with legislation, all bookings of more than 30 nights will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease). - To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents). - Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation without a signed contract. - This does not affect the conditions subscribed via our website or via the various rental platforms. - Hotel-quality (4/5 stars) sheets and towels are provided, and your bed will be made up on arrival.
