The space Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the open living space which boasts a complete kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel Asko stove, oven and dishwasher, as well as a large fridge/freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Watch your favorite movie on the brand new 65-inch Google smart TV, with Netflix subscription, or enjoy a local wine by the woodfire. Then step outside onto the outdoor patio and deck area surrounded by lush native gardens and birdlife which creates a private oasis. The outdoor area is complete with a dining table and Weber BBQ, perfect for a breaky cook up. When you get back from one of the regions world famous beaches you can rinse of in the outdoor heated shower! Upstairs you will find a large adult's retreat, featuring; - spacious king bedroom - views of forest treetops - master bathroom - separate sunroom and dedicated workspace. Electric heated blankets are fitted for a cozy winter night sleep! The doors to the remaining 3 bedrooms and downstairs bathroom will be closed, and are not to be used as a condition of this listing, otherwise additional cleaning and linen fees will be charged. No one else will be utilising the rooms during your stay, the stay remains fully private and only holds one group at a time. The property is a rear home, the driveway accessing the property has a height and width limit of 2.1metres. It is not suitable for caravans, large vehicles/boats/trailers and vehicles with rooftop items (e.g. rooftop tents).
