Other things to note 🔎 Important Details This is a family-oriented condominium focused on relaxation and respectful coexistence. It is not a hotel, and all guests must comply with the condominium’s internal regulations. Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (children over 2 years old count as occupants). No parties or outside visitors are allowed. Age & Group Policy This property is designed for families and responsible adult groups. We do not accept groups of young guests traveling alone. At least one responsible adult 35 years or older must be part of the reservation and present during the entire stay. Reservations that do not meet this requirement may be declined or canceled. Mandatory Fees & Deposits (Required by Condominium Administration) The following fees are established directly by the condominium and must be paid at reception: Mandatory wristband: $400 MXN per person Security deposit at check-in: $1,000 MXN (refundable if no fines, damages, or pending charges) Electricity deposit: 1–6 nights: USD $200 7+ nights: USD $300 (25 kWh per day are included. Excess consumption is charged per kWh and deducted from the deposit.) These fees are mandatory for access and use of the facilities. 🚫 Strict No-Pets Policy Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited by the condominium regulations. This is not a host preference — it is a building rule we are required to follow. We cannot make exceptions under any circumstances. Failure to comply with condominium rules may result in denied access or immediate termination of the stay without refund.
