With off-road parking and a secure garden this is ideal for a family of four or two couples. Lots of essentials supplied to make your stay more comfortable. The space One king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room. One double bedroom with bathroom opposite (shower over bath). There is a new combi-boiler central heating system with an electric (wood burner effect) fire in the lounge. TV with fire stick & WiFi. Open plan kitchen/dining room with gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, air fryer and washing machine. Patio doors open out onto an enclosed garden with slate patio & lawn. There are steps up to the car park hard standing but it is possible to park out the front of the property where there are no steps. The bus stop to Pontypridd is 100yds in either direction.
