Depending on the date, I will make the entire space or the room available (check availability), so on certain dates I will be present and will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which is combined with the kitchen, however, I study full time, so I leave early and return late, so you will have your privacy preserved. There is no television in my space, but you can enjoy the books in my modest personal library. Parking is available for use. We are on the second floor, there are a few steps and no elevators. Note: values for year-end festive dates are for renting the entire apartment, not just the room. The apartment accommodates 4 people (2 in the double bed and 2 in the sofa bed), but the bedroom can accommodate one more double air mattress and one single mattress (not available in the apartment), making it possible to accommodate more people at no additional cost.
