Spacy Tracy – Quiet and Central

A few steps from the train station, wonderfully quiet and overlooking the whole city: Space Tracy is the perfect apartment if you want to experience Bamberg and not want to do without spacious living comfort! If you arrive by car, you will be pleased about the easy accessibility from the highway and your private parking space in the courtyard. Your luggage travels by modern elevator to the 3rd floor. You only have to walk up the last floor. The space High above the rooftops of Bamberg, a spacious, cozy, newly converted apartment awaits you, leaving hardly any wish unfulfilled! On about 115 square meters you have your peace – and a lot of space: Entrance area and hallway When you and your companions arrive at your temporary home, you will find plenty of space. Why don't you just drop in and arrive first. Discover the art on the walls or pay the "small bathroom" a first visit. Cozy living room In the living room, not only cozy furniture and a 55" TV await you – you can see into the distance from here without technical aids! The perspective over the "seven hills" of the "Franconian Rome" is breathtaking and often staged by a spectacular evening sky! The couch invites you to lounge and relax, but can optionally be converted for tired warriors. To make sure it is not only quiet but also dark at night, the living room, like all other rooms, can be darkened with electric blinds. Of course, a modern 55" TV with all the frills awaits you and a small but fine Onkyo system with Bluetooth coupling provides music to suit your mood! Bedroom 1 From the living room you can reach the first bedroom – here a super comfortable double bed with 180 x 200 cm awaits you. Of course, this room can also be completely darkened. Facing east towards a barely used residential street, you will have your peace – and a wonderful view of the Giechburg and the Franconian Jura. Do you need a quiet place to work? In the bedroom, we also have a small desk for those who are not (only) with us for vacation. Bedroom 2 Accessible from the hallway, you will find the second bedroom – with the same great view to the east, just as quiet and also completely darkened. In addition to the queen-size bed with 140 × 200 cm, a sofa bed with 120 × 190 cm awaits tired guests and the small seating area is a great retreat. There are also a few games here for the days when it is a little uncomfortable outside. Bathrooms Ever danced in the bathroom? Here you have the opportunity to do so. Because the bathroom not only has comfortable, brand new and luxurious amenities with shower and bathtub, but also plenty of space. Kitchen and dining Are you traveling with the whole family and have a lot of hungry mouths to feed? No problem. At the large dining table, six guests do not need to argue about the seats and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a larger cooking session. You only have to buy the food, but since two large supermarkets (REWE and ALDI Süd) are right around the corner, shopping is not a problem! Guest access You can check in yourself comfortably and independently on the day of arrival from 4 PM. For this you will receive an individual code with which you can enter the house and the apartment.
