Great for the family to get together and still have plenty of space. Our home has four bedrooms all on the second level and each bedroom is very spacious. Provided with your stay will be bottled water, coffee, and snacks. Liquid soap, shampoo & conditioner are also provided. There are plenty of towels available as well. The number of guests staying in the home should reflect the number of guests on the reservation. There can be no more than 16 people total including any visitors. There can be no more than four vehicles with your booking. This is to ensure that there are no issues with my neighbors being able to park their vehicles. In the primary bedroom closet, there are also 3x toddler mattresses (no beds) & a toddler cot for your little ones to sleep on if they want. They may be used in any room of the house that you wish. Property management resides in the garage apartment if there is anything you may need during your stay. Items such as furniture, flooring, and bedding may be updated and may be different from what is in the pictures posted Guest access When you book our home, you will have access to the entire home except the garage apartment and any closets/door that are locked. You will have keyless access into the home and will be provided a four digit code the day prior to your arrival. You may check in anytime after 4:00pm on the day of your arrival. Other things to note Although pets and assistance animals are allowed in the home, please be sure to let us know prior to booking that you will be bringing them along as we have pets that reside on the property and we want to ensure we are prepared to have fur-friends that we may encounter. Pets must be potty trained or crated. All pet waste MUST be picked up from the yard and disposed of into the designated trashcan whenever they go out. If you need potty bags, please let me know and I can provide them to you. We do not allow cats due to allergies. The number of guests staying in the home should reflect the number of guests on the reservation and no more than four vehicles are allowed during your stay. ***NO SMOKING*** There is no smoking allowed in the home. There is an additional 500.00 penalty for doing so. ***REMOTE CONTROLS*** There is a 25.00/remote replacement fee for any remote controls that are missing The garage apartment is separate from the house with a separate entrance.
