The detached, newly renovated 16th century cottage. century has two floors, a large terrace and a spacious wild garden. It is perfect for hiking in the beautiful Eifel, exploring the Maare and the area or simply unwinding. The space On the ground floor is the kitchen, a large living-dining area with dining table, sofas, TV and access to the wooden terrace. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with double sink and shower. One bedroom has a 180 cm double bed with two slatted frames, the other two assembled 90 cm single beds, which can also be pulled apart. From the terrace or around the house there is access to the 2000 m² garden, which is directly adjacent to the Sarmersbach. Guest access You can use the entire accommodation except for a small storage and laundry room. Other things to note In the small rural village, there is a goat farm with an organic shop for everyday necessities. Our neighbors have chickens and provide you with breakfast eggs. On another farm you get fresh organic honey. Aldi, Lidl, Hit, DM and Co. are located in the nearby towns of Daun or Kelberg. Both places are less than a ten-minute drive from Sarmersbach. The Nürburgring is about 15 minutes away by car.
