(Please do not tie up this space so that other guests cannot use it.) Kitchen & Dining: A well-equipped kitchen and dining area for home-cooked meals. Bathrooms: .5 bathroom downstairs, and upstairs bathroom. Laundry: In-house washer and dryer for your convenience. Outdoors: Patio Area: A serene spot to relax and enjoy the Florida weather. Resort Access: Pool & Leisure: Full use of the resort’s swimming pool and sun loungers. Fitness Center: A well-equipped gym to maintain your workout routine. During your stay Upon arrival, host or co-host will greet you and conduct a walkthrough of the home. Other things to note Requirements for Booking This Listing: 1) Potential guest is to have multiple 5-star reviews, with no negative reviews. 2) Potential guest is to have 3 forms of Identification on their profiles (driver's license/passport, email, phone number.) 3) No newly created profiles, profiles with 0 reviews, and/or profiles that have been created for years but fail to meet the 5-review minimum. 4) Long-term stay (more than 28 day) will need to place 30 days at a time. For example, a 90-day reservation request will need to place three 30 day stay reservations. Any requestor that fails to meet these requirements or has a newly created profile with no reviews, will not be accepted and they will be required to withdraw/cancel their reservation request. Noise Curfew (no loud television or music) 10PM and weekends 11PM.
