The simple decor that composes it makes the place characteristic with its piano and exposed bricks that allow you to savor Italy and Tuscany. The space is completed by a 40" Sony HD SMART TV (with apps you can connect to), a good unlimited fiber internet connection (great for business calls and remote working). In this room of the house there is only the ceiling fan. THE KITCHEN Practical and bright. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and everything you might need during your stay. There are also complete sets of plates, glasses, cups, bottle openers, bowls and kitchen cutlery. Everything that will allow you to prepare and consume meals, accompanying the best moments of conviviality. THE BEDROOM The rooms offer a quiet, cozy and relaxing atmosphere. In the main room, the double bed is the center of this room to spend quiet and restful nights. There is also a workspace with a desk and a wardrobe at your complete disposal to store your personal belongings, including an iron, ironing board and drying rack. In the second bedroom, there is a single bed, a bedside table, and a coat rack for storing and organizing your personal belongings. All inclusive of sets of towels and clean sheets. Both rooms have a split air conditioning unit. THE BATHROOM Inside the apartment there are two bathrooms: the first is complete (toilet, bidet, shower) and the second includes a toilet and sink and a shower available to guests, both are equipped with everything you need. Towels and other accessories such as hairdryers are included to make your daily routine more comfortable. There is also a washing machine available for guests. OTHER The private outdoor terrace at your complete disposal is an oasis of tranquility with a table for eating, reading and relaxing. In the morning you can enjoy a good coffee or read a good book in a relaxing atmosphere. An ideal place for moments of relaxation.
