House having WIFI facilities .. There are 2 Kitchens and one is work area and having gas facilites and all necessary cooking vessels are available and glasses and cutlery. Failure adhere to this rule will result in a deduction for the security deposit Damage Reporting Please Report any damages, breakages or malfunctioning of equipment’s or maintenance issue immediately so that we can repair or replace them Please refrain from moving furniture and beds from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages Those cost of damages or breakage caused by negligences many be deducted from your security deposit Any stains from food/beverage/spill of chemical would attract additional cleaning change .Guest are liable for any Damages caused . CLEANLINESS AND MAINTENANCE Strictly, No eating or drinking in bedrooms. .Do not leave the house messy when you leave. Basic cleaning when checking out is mandatory. Wash your dished, cups and tie the garbage before check out or dispose on the plastic bucket which is provided . Excessive stains in bedsheets/ blankets/Towels are not acceptable. Alternatively, additional cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Turn off any electronics /Electricals when you leave the house Additional Changes may apply if rules are violated. WATER TANK If the water on the tap is low. Please turn the motor “ON”. The switch is located in the second kitchens which is outside the main kitchens.When the tank overflow , please turn off the pump. Hot water is available in all \bathrooms . The maximum property capacity is 10 people Parties are conditionally permitted at our house . We’re not her to ruin any body’s fun. But an Airbnb rental is not an appropriate location for a house party. Please be considerate of our neighbours. Quiet time is from 10 pm till 8.00 am. Please refrain from making noise during that time. CHILD SAFETY Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are always fully responsible for their safety.
