Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is situated in the middle of nature, yet centrally located between Zurich & St. Gallen and Konstanz. Constance: 30 min Zurich: 45 min St. Gallen: 30 min Winterthur: 15 min. Frauenfeld: 7 min The space The house was newly built in 2010. The outdoor pool was added in 2022. The large garden with the soccer goal invites young and old for a small match. You are welcome to cook on the fireplace or at the outdoor kitchen. Relax in the evening with a glass of wine on the beautiful terrace overlooking the countryside or the pool. The 3 rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Other things to note No eating or drinking is allowed in the pool area (granite natural stones). The pool may be used from 7 am to 9 pm. Since the house is located in a settlement, please be considerate of the neighbors regarding volume. From 8:00 pm is quiet time. No parties or events. Please handle the house as well as the interior / pool with care. Dispose of the garbage yourself. Do NOT wear shoes in the house. Wooden floor!!! A Nespresso machine is available - please bring your own coffee pods.
