Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The house is located in the middle of nature, yet centrally located between Zurich & St. Gallen and Konstanz. Constancy: 30 min Zurich: 45 min St. Gallen: 30 min. to Winterthur: 15 min. Frauenfeld:7 min The space The house was newly built in 2010. The outdoor pool was added new in 2022. The large garden with the football goal invites young and old for a small match. You are welcome to cook on the fireplace or at the outdoor kitchen. Relax in the evening with a glass of wine on the magnificent terrace overlooking the countryside or the pool. The 3 rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Other things to note No eating or drinking may take place on the pool area (granite natural stones). The pool may be used from 7 am - 9 pm. Since the house is located in a settlement, please be considerate of the neighbors in terms of volume. Quiet hours start at 8:00 pm. No parties or events. Please handle the house as well as the interior / pool carefully. Dispose of the garbage yourself. DO NOT wear shoes in the house. Wooden floor!!! There is a Nespresso machine at your disposal - please bring your own coffee pods.
