Beautiful house with pool & garden

The price is for 4 guests / up to 6 guests possible upon request and for an additional fee Beautiful detached house with pool & fire pit & outdoor kitchen & terrace and football goal. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The house is located in the middle of nature, yet centrally located between Zurich & St. Gallen and Konstanz. Konstanz: 30 min Zurich: 45 min. St. Gallen: 30 min. to Winterthur: 15 min. Frauenfeld:7 min The space The house was newly built in 2010. The outdoor pool was added in 2022. The large garden with the soccer goal invites young and old for a small match. You are welcome to cook on the fireplace or at the outdoor kitchen. Relax in the evening with a glass of wine on the beautiful terrace overlooking the countryside or the pool. The 3 rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Other things to note No eating or drinking may take place on the pool area (granite natural stones). The pool may be used from 7 am - 9 pm. On very hot days and for stays of 2 nights or more, there may be an additional fee for pool chemicals, as more than the average amount is used. Since the house is located in a settlement, please be considerate of the neighbors in terms of volume. From 8 pm is quiet time. No parties or events. Please handle the house as well as the interior / pool carefully. Dispose of the garbage yourself. NO shoes in the house. Wooden floor!!! There is a Nespresso machine at your disposal - please bring your own coffee pods. This rule applies to every listing in Switzerland: From Monday to Saturday there is a quiet time from 12pm to 1pm and from 8pm (weekdays) From Monday to Saturday, a night's rest from 10 pm to 7 am (weekdays)* On Sundays and public holidays, a full day rest period applies
