The house is rural, it is about 85 sqm, it is 2 km to the nearest swimming, everything is within 15 km. No events/parties, Max 4 people, not under 25 years, no smoking indoors, no pets are allowed, but there have been animals before. Access to the cottage no earlier than 4 pm, departure no later than 12 pm. Bed linen and towels, duvets, pillows are available. We are very keen that the house should be clean and nice and want the person who rents from us to leave it as they get it. Neighboring house about 40 meters away.
