Located near Hwy 22 in Mill City (30 miles from I-5 & Salem) The cabin was home to the Charlie Stewart Family in 1949. Updated in 2022. It comfortably fits 2 adults & 1 child. Sofa bed is NOT recommended for adults. New King Bed. Private, the whole place is yours! No shared walls; our home is behind the cabin. Great for travellers, kayakers, and campers. Walking distance to parks, river, store, bar & grill. RV parking on request. EV charging available with advance arrangements only. The space NOTE: Effective Spring 2026 our upgrades around the cabin persist. Some finish teim/paint remains. As a result you may notice some finish work in progress. We've priced accordingly and all improvement activities will be completely paused during your stay! Adding paved parking, fire pit, and outdoor seating soon. 288 sq feet, the cabin includes a bathroom with shower. A kitchenette complete with hotplate, microwave, mini-fridge/freezer, sink, utensils. Perfect to reheat any leftovers. Full meals are not recommended as it's not full size. Great for microwave eats and take-out reheats. Outdoor bbq available. The living space includes a single-sized couch-bed (not recommended for adults) and 48" flat screen TV with streaming service. The bedroom is studio style down the hall from the living area and bathroom, but does NOT have a privacy door separating it from the rest of the cabin. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and space heater. A portable air conditioner(seasonal) keeps it cool to your liking. Check in with keypad. Very safe family oriented neighborhood with diversity of all aspects. Guest access Guests self check into the cabin with access to (2) parking spaces and the front porch. The cabin shares property with our main house. Your stay is private, with your own entrance and no shared walls. Neighbors are close. Keypad entry. In 2026 we're adding paved parking, fire pit, and outdoor seating area. Other things to note SEPTIC NOTICE The cabin is on a septic system, Do not flush paper towels, food scraps, trash, rocks, fish guts, tax records, hopes or dreams, or disposable wipes. Trash service is available. No smoking inside the cabin. 420 friendly outdoors only. Animals not allowed in beds or on couch please.
