In the heart of Bologna, in a stately and safe neighborhood, where you can breathe the true atmosphere of the historic city, with its arcades and its medieval and Renaissance buildings The area is full of lively cafes and restaurants, while remaining residential and quiet. 15 minutes by bus from the station, 30 from the Fair, 10 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and the 2 Towers The space ✨This is a lovely double room with a small private bathroom and air conditioning, located in an elegant apartment equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The building is equipped with an elevator to welcome guests even after a long day around Bologna. 💎The bathroom is small, but it still has a toilet, a shower (no bidet), and a sink in the room. Please note that tall or sturdy people may find it uncomfortable. 🛏️The beds can be single or combined to form a double bed: let us know your preference at the time of booking, or the double bed will be provided. 👜Option for free luggage storage (to be arranged in advance). 🪩💟The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. ❄️For maximum comfort, the room is equipped with air conditioning. ✨Sheets, blankets, and towels are provided for all guests, and shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer are also available. Guest access The living area, with kitchen, dining area and small living room, is available for guests and shared with the other guests of the apartment. You can prepare a pleasant lunch or dinner, a tasty breakfast, or relax in the evening with a pleasant herbal tea before sleep. In the kitchen, you will find: a refrigerator, a sink, a toaster, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, an induction stovetop, and a device for making your own sparkling water. The bedroom has its own private bathroom. The room is not equipped with a TV. During your stay Access to the building will be via a link clickable from your smartphone for the duration of your stay. Using the same link, guests will be asked to register, provide their documents, and sign the contract. A few days before, all access directions will be provided, while ensuring maximum flexibility and freedom of time. In accordance with Italian legislation, after check-in you can meet me or my in charge of document control, but apart from this during your stay you will not be bothered and you will have maximum autonomy as each room has maximum privacy. I will always be contactable through the messages, to give you all the necessary information. Other things to note The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building, in a typical building in old Bologna. There is still an elevator (usable with private keys that will be provided with the apartment keys) so it will be convenient to arrive even after a day around the city, or with bulky suitcases. Note, in case of mobility difficulties, there are three steps in front of the apartment door (see photo) and that the bathroom is small in size. Accommodation TAXES ARE ALREADY INCLUDED IN the amount OF the RESERVATION (about €6.00 per person per day), therefore no other amount will be requested on site. Guests can prepare their own (coffee, sugar, tea, herbal teas, salt, and oil are provided) in the kitchen, where they will find a wide range of utensils and everything they need to prepare a delicious meal or snack. To reach us: - from the Station and bus station: 15 minutes by bus (line 11, 33 or shuttle C); - from the airport: shuttle or bus, then line 11, 33 or shuttle C; -from and for the Fair: about 30 minutes by bus (some routes in the photos); -in taxi from both the station and the airport; there is a taxi station 2 minutes walk from the apartment; - by car: The apartment is in the Ztl area, access with a paid pass to be requested with one day in advance. To park I recommend the Staveco parking, Viale Panzacchi 10; it is the cheapest in the area, it costs about €12 per day. It is about 700 meters from the apartment, so a few minutes walk, and to park there you do not need a ZTL pass. Or there is another garage inside the Ztl, slightly closer, it's called Garage degli Angeli, it costs €35 per day, (the cost includes the pass). In this case, I recommend contacting them in advance. In the area there are numerous bars, bistros, cafes, typical restaurants, as well as supermarkets and shops. The area is still quiet both day and night. The entire center and monuments can be reached on foot in a few minutes, to fully enjoy the beauty of the city. A few minutes away there is also a fantastic park, for those who like to take a morning run before tasting the local gastronomy, or for those who want to relax with a drink near the pond after a day of sightseeing.
