The northwest orientation of the apartment keeps the coolness inside and we do not suffer from the great heat during the day. 250 meters from sea level and the configuration of the region brings us a very pleasant freshness at night. The accommodation is quiet, just 15 minutes from the sea (Alassio, 15 km), 8 minutes from Garlenda Golf Course (7 km). The space On the left of the entrance, the main room consists of the living room and an American kitchen. On the right, the 2 bedrooms are in a row opposite the bathroom/toilet. In the living room, there is a sofa that can be used as a bed. The size of the apartment is 70 sqm. Other things to note Please note that my apartment is not a "commercial" apartment. Outside of rental periods, I live in the apartment. So this is a family apartment. You will find everything you need, including my "first aid" kit (bandages, disinfectant, etc.) as if you were at home. You can use all the condiments.
