The space Our bright and spacious ski-in/ski-out 1,200+ sq ft townhouse offers the ultimate convenience for your Rocky Mountain getaway. Comfortable sleeping arrangements for the whole family or group: -King-sized bed in the main floor primary bedroom. -Queen-sized bed in the secondary bedroom on the second floor. -Open loft space on the second floor with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. -Queen-sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress in the living room. -Portable Pack-n-play crib in unit The Kicking Horse lift is a short walk from the front door. Prefer to park at the base? No problem – take a short drive (less than a mile) to the Granby Ranch base for easy access to the entire resort. Winter adventures: Granby Ranch offers fun for all skill levels and is a fantastic place for beginners and families with children. Ski and snowboard on nearly 1,000 feet of vertical and over 400 acres of terrain. Beginners and intermediates will feel right at home on the gentle slopes of the East Mountain, while the West Mountain challenges more adventurous skiers and snowboarders. The Granby Ranch ski and snowboard school is the perfect place to learn the ropes or refine your skills. Granby Ranch also offers Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and snowcat tours. Other nearby fun: Winter Park (25-minute drive with shuttle service from Granby) or go snow tubing at Fraser Tubing Hill (20 minutes away). Relax in the soothing waters of Hot Sulphur Springs (22-minute drive). Summer Activities: Granby Ranch offers hiking, mountain biking, and disc golf at the resort and golfing at the Granby Ranch Golf Course or fly fishing on the Fraser River. Granby Ranch is also an idyllic location for destination weddings. Spend a day on beautiful Lake Granby (20 minutes away) or Grand Lake (25 minutes away), perfect for fishing, kayaking, or paddleboarding. Explore the majesty of Rocky Mountain National Park. The Grand Lake entrance is a 25-minute drive from the condo. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo. Your stay includes access to Kicking Horse Lodges community amenities including two community hot tubs, picnic spaces with grills, and 2 parking spaces in open community parking. For an additional daily use fee of $10 per person per day (children 7 and under are free) guests may access the following additional Granby Ranch amenities: outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and gym at the Base Lodge, inside the Ranch Hall Building. To use these amenities you will need to show your rental receipt at Ranch Hall. We've taken care of everything to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Our condo features: Full-size washer and dryer and all your household essentials stocked: high-quality sheets and towels, extra blankets and pillows, laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, etc. Other things to note Accessibility Note: Please be aware that stairs are required to enter the main floor of the condo, and the unit has two stories with additional stairs needed to access the second floor. ***Due to Fire Code the upstairs bedroom and loft area are considered one “sleeping area” and we are prohibited from having a solid door on the bedroom** Due to local regulations, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
