Buttercup Dome

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic dome in an isolated spot on our farm. Get away from it all and enjoy privacy, peace, and the stars above. There are no neighbours and you'll have the place to yourself. You can sit on the deck and enjoy a sundowner & then the stars or you can lie in bed and open the blind to view the stars above. Relax and unwind or go adventuring in the nearby Nikau Caves, racing at Hampton Downs or shop 'til you drop at The Base. Enjoy a canopy camping experience! The space The dome is 6m in diameter and sits on an 8m square deck in an isolated location yet it's only 8km from the national state highway 1. You can enjoy sunsets and sunrises and in the spring you might wake to hinds and fawns grazing just outside the fence around the dome. Our farm is just across the road from Lake Whangape and next door to an award winning olive grove. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the dome and it's immediate surrounding acreage and you are free to wander the farm and to access the orchard where you can help yourself to a wide variety of organic fruit directly from the tree.
